I have 2 questions:

1. what is the difference between common stocks and preferred stocks?

2. If you were to start a business of your own, would you organize it as a sole proprietorship, a partnership, a corporation, or a nonprofit organization and why?

I want to invest in stocks, but I want to do it myself and get into the action of the stock market. I don’t want a stockbroker.

i was thinking of entering the stock market world and start investing, i have to admit that i am young and only in high school, but i have such an attraction to the stock market. i plan to use the money to save up and help pay my tuition for college. Ive been reading about stocks and researching but i need help in going into it.

How could i start ? What could i do as of now to help me invest properly, and what tips could you give me once ive started ?

thanks in advance.

I know what criteria I want to search for, but I’m having trouble finding a good stock screener for .PK and .OB stocks.

Does the stock exchange have certain times that it is open at to buy and sell shares? For example between 9AM and 9PM every day. Or is it open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week?

I am more interested in information about stocks and shares in the United Kingdom.

Thanks for your time.

I trade options and I’m trying to create a system to find the very worst stocks to play with. The ones nobody wants that are doomed to get killed. How do you spot these terrible stocks? Where do you get information from?

I want to buy stocks tomorrow and hopefully sell in 3 months for a profit.

What can be expected to happen when stocks having the same expected risk do not have the same expected return?
OPTIONS ARE:
A) At least one of the stocks becomes temporarily mispriced.
B) This is a common occurrence indicating that one stock has more PVGO.
C) This cannot happen if the shares are traded in an auction market.
D) The expected risk levels will change until the expected returns are equal.

In other words, how long can it be to buy back stocks after short selling a stock? Can you short sell any high stock and wait for the next presidential election to buy back?
